Otherwise we'll replace the item with a similar item. Alternatives are usually very similar to the original. There may be a difference in price and you are always welcome to reject any replacement items if you're not happy with.

With the free delivery option, we can't guarantee a time when your delivery will arrive. Our routes change week to week depending what customers have ordered. We can update you by text with our estimated arrival time. If you'd like this then please tell us in the comments section when you order.

Though there are a few items which require a bit of advance notice. It's written in the item description. But 99% of our produce is available for next day delivery/collection.

Choose your shopping and add items to your basket. You may choose your delivery time either before or after you start shopping. Once you are finished go to the checkout and pay with your debit or credit card.

You'll then receive a confirmation email of your order. Our system remembers the products that your ordered on previous visits so you can easily find the things you order regularly at My Favourites.

Your payment details are processed by our payment gateway provider operated by Cardsave & Streamline. We don't hold your credit card details on our servers or have access to them.

When you submit your order a £1.00 transaction is made to your card to check that we can accept your payment. On the day of delivery, once the actual items in your order have been picked and we know the weights of them we calculate the total and charge your card. Please be aware that some banks show the £1.00 transaction and the balance separately on your statements. This varies from bank to bank as others consolidate them into one transaction. Please get in touch if you have any questions about this.
We deliver all orders ourselves using our own staff & delivery van.
There's no need to hang on to them especially for us. Our supplies are delivered in these crates daily, so there is an endless supply of them. Feel free to Recycle them if you can. If you don't have space and need them off your hands, then of course, we'll take them back from you. Just leave them out for our delivery staff to collect.
