Here’s their suggestion for the easiest way to use their sauce!
Simply empty the sauce into a pan and heat.
Once the sauce is hot, add your meat, fish or vegetables and simmer for approximately 20 minutes until cooked through.
Serve with rice or naan bread.
If you fancy using fish or prawns you can add them straight to the sauce.
It’s easy to adjust the consistency of the sauce by simmering briskly until it thickens.

Their curry sauce is made using fresh chillies, garlic, root ginger, onions and tomatoes combined with a delicious blend of spices including coriander, cumin, black pepper, cinnamon, ginger, star aniseed, green cardamom, pimento, black cardamom, bay leaves, cloves, nutmeg and turmeric.
